Dan Prochniak leads Union One's Sales and Marketing operations, maintaining and strengthening communications and sales-support to its network of domestic insurance agencies, agents, policyholders and the public.
Mr. Prochniak has been involved in sales for the Insurance, Financial and Computer Industries for over 20 years. Previously, Mr. Prochniak worked at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, as regional director of the Virginia and Washington D.C. markets where he was responsible for strategic planning and development of direct sales, and in the development of it’s agency network of partners.
Mr. Prochniak has extensive experience in direct marketing, carrier relations, policyholder communication, consultative sales and the marketing support of agency partners.
A graduate of Western Reserve Academy, Mr. Prochniak earned his bachelor's degree at Trinity College, Hartford, CT. and is currently pursuing his CPCU designation
Michael R. Yach
Insurance Professional with over 25 years of Property & Casualty Insurance Claims and sales experience at the Carrier, TPA and Broker levels. Previously Mr. Yach worked for one of Philadelphia’s largest Insurance Carriers who specialized in alternative risk programs. Over the last 12 years Mr. Yach has handled renewal business at the Broker and Carrier Levels. He is an Alumni of St.Joseph’s University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Mr. Yach also holds an Associates Degree in Insurance.
Nick Navarra Jr
Nick’s extensive background and experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance began more than 25 years ago in his fathers State Farm agency and as a result, he holds a Life, Health, Accident, and Property and Casualty License as well as a CISR certificate. Throughout his insurance career Nick has developed advantageous relations with many insurance carriers, allowing him insight in to the many practices used in the industry. Nick prides himself on his dedication to maintaining positive, personalized service for all clients.
